Customer survey to shape customer experience
Customers are at the centre of everything we do, which is why we want to hear you about our service delivery so that we can continue to improve our customers’ experience.
Between Monday 13 November and Sunday 26 November, a random selection of Territorians will be contacted by an independent agency to share their feedback regarding Power and Water’s services.
We welcome all types of feedback about your experiences with Power and Water.
This might include:
- Compliments - things that you think we’re doing well or may be recognition of Power and Water employees or contractors that you have engaged with.
- Suggestions - share your ideas on how we can do things better to help improve our services and to ensure that they meet your needs and wants.
- Issues or concerns - we want to know when you are experiencing issues or are not happy about an experience you’ve had with us.
Power and Water is always looking for ways to improve and make the power and water experience better for our customers.
Customers may be contacted by phone to complete a survey. All feedback is completely confidential and will only be used for the purpose of research.
