Customer research underway
Power and Water wants to listen to what our customers think about our service delivery and what they want us to focus on into the future.
For the next three weeks, to Wednesday 14 June, an independent agency will contact a random selection of Power and Water customers to hear their feedback on how power and water services are delivered.
Territorians are at the centre of everything we do and listening to honest feedback is vital to improve the way we work for our customers across the Northern Territory.
This important customer research helps us to continue to develop innovative ways to improve our services, develop new products and initiatives, and engage more effectively with our customers.
This customer feedback will help shape our customers’ experiences and we thank them for taking the time to provide their thoughts.
All feedback is confidential and will only be used for the purpose of research.
