Authority valid only for date and time specified. Water supply to the community must be maintained at all times, community CEO and ESO have the right to cease supply should the community water supply be placed in jeopardy as a result of excessive extraction from the community water storage system. All the hose and fittings used to draw water must be in good condition and an air gap maintained between supply point and water tank. Community CEO and ESO must be contacted prior to commencements of works. The approved application must be kept in close proximity to works site/office. The applicant is reminded that under Section 90 of the Water Supply and Sewerage Services Act, he or she is liable for the cost of repairs for any damage caused to pipes, etc., or to any Power and Water infrastructure whilst water is being drawn. Additional conditions may apply and will be stated/attached to approved permit.
