Note for Temporary disconnection requests: Please allow five business days from time of notification. Charges apply for all requested services; additional charges may apply for work outside of normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm. All electrical modifications/alterations and planned electrical repairs must be submitted by means of a Notice of Intention Form.

Do not need to use this form if you are an urban customer moving home

Do not use this form if you are located in Nhulunbuy and Jabiru (contact your local council)
