We want to develop a dynamic and inclusive workforce which represents our community.
Our Indigenous Employment and Career Development Strategy 2015-2020 outlines what we will do to increase Aboriginal participation in our workforce over a five-year period.
As a first step, we support the Northern Territory Government's Special Measures Plan. The plan aims to increase Aboriginal employee representation at Power and Water and to recruit, support and retain Aboriginal employees.
We will also continue to invest in regional jobs and training programs, so we see a diverse workforce in our most remote areas.
