All current capacity on the McArthur River pipeline (MRM pipeline) is contracted to the foundation shipper, pursuant to a long-term legacy agreement, (contained in 2 contracts dated 1994 and 2014 respectively).

The actual terms and conditions of any service negotiated between the Transporter and a Shipper will be governed solely by the terms and conditions set out in the agreement signed by the parties, which may differ from those contained in these standing terms.
