Reporting a faulty streetlight

We manage streetlights on major roads owned by the NT Government. We look after streetlights in local areas like Alice Springs, Victoria/Daly, Roper Gulf, West Arnhem, and Barkly. In these areas, you can report streetlight faults using the form below:

Serial number Located on a metal plate about head-height on the pole.

Street name * If on a major road please also include the nearest crossroad.

Street number If known, please identify the closest street number.

Suburb If unsure, please indicate the likely suburb.
