Ampilatwatja planned power interruptions

Power and Water Corporation Remote Operations Southern Region will carry out major repairs to the main feeder supplying Ampilatwatja. This work will require planned interruptions to power supply for affected customers.

Important information

  • Each outage is planned for up to 4 hours.
  • Outages may be shorter or longer depending on logistics and operational requirements.
Phase 1

Planned interruption times

  • Wednesday 8 April 2026 – 1.30pm to 5.30pm
  • Friday 10 April 2026 – 1.30pm to 5.30pm
  • Monday 13 April 2026 – 1.30pm to 5.30pm
  • Wednesday 15 April 2026 – 1.30pm to 5.30pm

Phase 2

Planned interruption time

  • Friday 17 April 2026 – 1.30pm to 5.30pm

The following customers will be affected during phase 2 of the planned outage:

  • Atnwengerrpe (Quart Pot)
  • Irrultja
  • Ammaroo Station
  • Ampilatwatja

We will aim to keep interruptions to the planned 4-hour period wherever possible. However, outage durations may vary due to logistics and operational requirements.
