Jabiru connections and disconnections
Jabiru connections and disconnections are actioned on Wednesdays only. We must receive these applications by 12 noon Tuesday to be actioned on the Wednesday.
If any electrical works have been undertaken on a premises a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) must be supplied to us before power will be connected.
In Jabiru, Power and Water manages the electricity network and also sends electricity bills. Our contractors will read your meter, and you will receive your bill directly from us.
Power and Water contractors will read the property power meter and customers will receive their power bill from us.
Life support customers
