Issue with online prepaid electricity top-ups
We’re currently experiencing an issue with online prepaid electricity top-ups, where credit may not be reaching some meters.
If you have already submitted an online top-up, please do not make another payment while we investigate the issue.
If you need to top-up your meter, please call 1800 245 091.
You can also top-up at your local community shop by taking your prepayment meter card with you.
We’re working to resolve the issue and apologise for the inconvenience.
