We want every interaction with Power and Water to be clear, respectful and easy.
Our customer experience work helps us understand what matters to customers and communities, identify where services can be improved, and design better ways for people to access information and support.
We are working to make our services:
We use customer feedback, research and service information to understand common issues and identify practical improvements.
Our Customer Experience Strategy sets the direction for how we improve the experience of customers and communities.
It explains our priorities and how we are working to provide clearer information, simpler processes and more consistent services.
We are establishing a People’s Panel to help us better understand the experiences, priorities and expectations of our customers and communities.
Panel members will have opportunities to share their views, discuss important customer issues and help inform improvements to Power and Water services.
Applications to join the People’s Panel will open soon.
Customer feedback helps us understand what is working well and where improvements may be needed.
You can contact us to ask a question, provide feedback or make a complaint about your experience with Power and Water.
