Eastern top end communities are now on cyclone warning, with a flood watch issued for Top End regions. We are monitoring the situation closely.

Residents in areas facing severe weather should ensure they are prepared to be without water and power for at least 72 hours.
Residents who rely on life-support equipment should be ready to enact their emergency back-up plan if power or water outages occur.
Stay away from damaged infrastructure including fallen trees and powerlines. Stay out of flood waters that may be contaminated with sewerage.
