Significant leaks have been identified in the Amangal Indigenous Village and showground areas of the Adelaide River water network.

We need to isolate these areas in order to maintain water supply to the rest of the town, until the leaks are fixed.

This means some residents in those areas may experience water outages from 8.30pm this evening and into the night.

It is not possible to say exactly which streets will be affected or for how long, so we advise residents in those areas to prepare by filling up water containers, remembering a Boil Water Alert is still in place.

We know residents have had a tough few days experiencing essential services outages due to Ex-Tropical Cyclone Narelle and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
