WPO00158-24 - Panel Contract for Repairs, Maintenance and New Works of Mechanical Power Station Equipment in Remote Communities

To facilitate the provision of maintenance and repair works to IES’s generation infrastructure, as well as installation and new works as required to maintain the integrity of these systems in remote communities.

A general outline of the work to be carries out under the Contract comprises, but is not limited to:

• Supply, construction, repairs and maintenance of the Principal’s power station buildings, ancillary buildings and other associated infrastructure on power station sites in remote communities.
•  
• Supply, construction, installation, repairs and maintenance of hydrocarbon infrastructure including fuel pumps, barge landing fuel infrastructure, bulk diesel storage tanks, diesel-transfer pumping systems and associated pipelines and storage facilities.
•  
• The ability to test, calibrate and certification of the installed diesel fuel meters.
•  
• Regular maintenance of power station assets, including air conditioner cleaning and maintenance, pest control and test and tag of equipment as required.
•  
• Supply, construction, installation, repairs and maintenance to other ancillary equipment fundamental to the operation of remote power stations, including air compressors, certified lifting systems and equipment, other structures and their associated infrastructure.

Power and Water may appoint additional members to the panel under the same assessment criteria contained in the original Request for Tender.
