RFT0576 Provision of Project Management

This panel contract provides access to a broad range of project management and advisory services to support the planning, development, and delivery of Power and Water Corporation’s capital and operational programs across the Northern Territory.

Services are delivered across the full project lifecycle – from early investment concept and planning through to delivery, commissioning, and handover – aligned with the Investment Delivery Framework (IDF).  The panel operates under a two-tier model, enabling both:
Strategic delivery partnerships (Tier 1)  for complex, program-based work requiring scalable capability and strong governance; and
Flexible, on-demand support (Tier 2) for short-term, specialist, or discrete project needs.

The panel supports works across multiple asset classes, including power generation and networks, water and wastewater infrastructure, and associated systems, with capability to operate across metropolitan, regional, and remote locations.
