About this contract
To facilitate the provision of civil Works for the underground and overhead electricity distribution system including streetlight poles, residential and distribution pillars, package substations, switchgear including footings and associated infrastructure.
A general outline of the Works to be carried out under the civil works category comprises:
| a) | Excavation of trenches and pits. |
| b) | Exposure of underground cables. |
| c) | Bore holes and trenching. |
| d) | Restoration works. |
| e) | Garden / driveway reinstatement. |
| f) | Pull cable (in conjunction with Power and Water). |
| g) | Laying of conduits. |
| h) | Thrust boring. |
| i) | Installation of cables including copper earth conductors. |
| j) | Rock breaker. |
| k) | Vegetation removal. |
| l) | Supply of temporary fencing. |
