Consultations
We periodically review and update technical codes and standards to ensure we continue to meet industry best practice and health, safety and environment standards. Before implementing new standards, we seek feedback from our customers to understand any concerns with the proposed updates.

- Water Metering Code 2024 The consultation period closed on Monday 13 May 2024.
- Trade Waste Code 2022 The consultation period closed on Wednesday 31 August 2022.
- Connection Code for Water Supply and Sewerage Services 2022 The consultation period closed on Sunday 14 August 2022.

- Development process Guidance on the water development process, outlining steps, requirements, and approvals for connecting new developments to Power and Water’s network.
