Trade waste processes

We assess the risk of a trade waste discharge by looking at factors such as the volume discharged, the type of activity generating the waste, the substances discharged, the location of the discharge, and the customer’s compliance history. Each process is assigned a Risk Rank A weight as part of this assessment. The table below shows the list of trade waste processes and their Risk Rank A weight values.
