Your safety, as well as the safety of our staff and contractors, is Power and Water's first priority when it comes to the power and water networks.

It takes more than 8000km of powerlines and underground cables to deliver electricity to the Territory. There are more than 41,500 power poles and 21,750 streetlights.

Drinking water travels through nearly 3000km of pipes and wastewater is dispersed through a further 1400km of mains.

Report a problemLooking after these networks is a big job and we appreciate our customers' help to quickly identify potential problems.

If you see a water leak or damage to Power and Water equipment, power poles or property, please let us know through the report a fault or damage form.

To report a faulty streetlight, you will need to know the location and streetlight number to complete the report a faulty streetlight form. If you don't know the streetlight number, please phone 1800 245 092.
