Land and Building Development

The Connection Code as described in Section 52 of the Water Supply and Sewerage Services Act sets out our technical, procedural and charging requirements in relation to land and building developments. It helps ensure well-designed and cost-effective connection to and extension of Power and Water's water supply and sewerage infrastructure.
