We will be inspecting power service lines around Wagaman from 15 January to 31 March 2024. To safely complete the inspections our crews will use GOPRO cameras and may need to enter your property. An inspection generally takes less than 20 minutes and does not need to interrupt your power supply. If this affects you, we'll deliver more information to you in the New Year.

Power 👷‍♂️ 25 March - Power has been restored to the community, however more robust repairs to our network will be undertaken over the coming weeks. We will advise customers when repairs are scheduled to take place and how long we expected services to be disrupted for prior to works commencing. We will post information on our planned works web page at https://www.powerwater.com.au/works and Tweet and email community contacts.
👷‍♂️22 March - Power has been restored and all properties have power to network connection points. 4 properties remain disconnected and will be connected as required by local contractors.
👷‍♂️21 March - The power network is now fully restored and properties requiring an electrical safety Certificate of Compliance are being reconnected as certificates are received. Nine properties remain without power.
👷‍♂️ 20 March - Restoration works are underway and much of the power network has been repaired. Assessments are underway to determine damage to houses and those that require an electrical safety Certificate of Compliance before they can be reconnected.
👷‍♂️ 18 March - Due to weather conditions and impacts, we are still unable to reach the community to commence repairs.

💧4.30pm 20 March - Pumping infrastructure has been returned to service and the elevated tank is in operation. A temporary chlorine treatment has been established and water pressure is back to normal for most properties.
💧10am – 20 March - Water supply is restored and the water is safe to drink. Please continue to minimise water use until further notice. Repair works are underway to restore normal water supply.
💧7:15 pm 17 March - Water supply is restored and the water is safe for drinking. Please continue to minimise water use until further notice. Repairs will be undertaken tomorrow to restore normal water supply.
