Jabiru connections and disconnections are actioned on Wednesdays only.
Connection and disconnection requests must be received at Power and Water by Tuesday 12pm to be actioned on Wednesday.
In Jabiru Power and Water is the power network operator and the power retailer.
Power and Water contractors will read the property power meter and customers will receive their power bill from us.
Residential customers will receive their bill every three months. Commercial customers will receive their bill every month.
