👷♂️ 25 March - Power has been restored to the community, however more robust repairs to our network will be undertaken over the coming weeks. We will advise customers when repairs are scheduled to take place and how long we expected services to be disrupted for prior to works commencing. We will post information on our planned works web page at https://www.powerwater.com.au/works and Tweet and email community contacts.
👷♂️22 March - Power has been restored and all properties have power to network connection points. 4 properties remain disconnected and will be connected as required by local contractors.
👷♂️21 March - The power network is now fully restored and properties requiring an electrical safety Certificate of Compliance are being reconnected as certificates are received. Nine properties remain without power.
👷♂️ 20 March - Restoration works are underway and much of the power network has been repaired. Assessments are underway to determine damage to houses and those that require an electrical safety Certificate of Compliance before they can be reconnected.
👷♂️ 18 March - Due to weather conditions and impacts, we are still unable to reach the community to commence repairs.
👷♂️ 17 March - We are unable to reach the community to commence repairs. We hope to get to site Monday 18 March to commence repairs and restoration.
⚠️ Strong wind has caused a tree to fall onto powerlines causing a power outage. Stay away from damaged powerlines and stay safe.
