Getting the low down @ sundown

Power and Water Corporation is inviting members of Katherine’s business community to its Business @ Sundown event - a sundown tour that’s definitely off the tourist track, on Thursday 31st July.

Business owners and operators will get a behind the scenes look at what happens when you flick a switch, turn on a tap or flush the loo.

Jim Bamber, General Manager, Retail said, “We are looking forward to meeting with our business customers in Katherine so they can put a face to the name when they call us about their business needs.

“It’s an opportunity to show customers around our power station, water treatment plant and waste treatment systems and to answer any questions they may have about their electricity and water usage and efficiency”.

The tour will end up at the water treatment facility with a panoramic view over the Katherine landscape at sundown where guests will enjoy drinks and nibbles.
