Sewerage tariffs

Usage Charges effective from 1 July 2008

Domestic
Fixed annual charge:	$356.70
A fixed annual charge of $356.70 applies to houses, flats, residential unit properties and vacant blocks able to be connected to the sewerage service. It applies whether the service is connected or not and regardless of the number of sanitary fittings in each residents.
Non - domestic
For properties with none, one or two sanitary fittings, a fixed annual charge of $356.70 applies. For properties with three or more, the fixed annual charge of $356.70 applies, plus an additional amount for each fitting:

25 - 49	$227.79
50 - 99	$211.49
100 - 149	$196.51
More than 149	$190.28

Water and sewerage service charges
There are extra charges for some water and sewerage services. These include:
Connection	$55.00
Special meter readings requested by the customer	$50.00
