HOW TO USE THIS INDEX


The following instructions apply to the default Windows TIF viewer, Imaging (otherwise known as Wang Imaging, Kodak Imaging or ImageVue).

Further documentation for Windows XP can be found on the next page, software required.

If you use another TIFF viewer, please consult the help documentation provided with it.

View a drawing
- Click on the link to the required drawing in your web browser. The drawing will be automatically viewed using the associated Imaging software.
- To manipulate the view, right click the mouse to produce "Zoom In, "Zoom Out", "Fit to Height", "Fit to Width", etc.
Print a drawing
- Right-click the mouse and select the "Fit to Height" option.
- Under the pull down menu "File", select "Print".
- Select the appropriate printer.
- Activate the Properties option to select the paper and tray size etc. Then press "OK" to print. Note: Check the correct paper orientation.
Mark-up a drawing
- All viewers have read-only access. To mark-up a drawing, copy the required drawing to the hard drive.
- From the pull down menu, choose Annotation and select the appropriate mark up tool.
