Power and Water Corporation provides customer updates on interruptions to power, water and sewerage services on Twitter.

PowerWaterCorp tweets are for unplanned interruptions. We may also tweet safety messages or provide customer information.

The regular hours of operation are 8am to 8pm Central Standard Time, Monday to Friday. We may tweet outside these hours if the event is deemed a significant interruption to services or if we need to provide information to customers.

For customer service information, account queries or to report a fault please call 1800 245 092 during office hours. You may also log your queries or faults online.

If you have a life threatening situation call 000 or our emergency line 1800 245 090.

If you follow us on Twitter we may also follow you, however we may not reply to all messages we receive via Twitter.

Power and Water reserves the right to ‘block’ or ‘unfollow’ users who are seen as harassing, abusive or offensive.
