If you've used our online services before you will notice that our site has undergone some changes. Most notably, Power and Water only manages electricity accounts for remote area customers now. If you live in a major centre, you should contact your electricity retailer with any account queries. 

Power and Water manages water and sewerage accounts for all Territory customers and provides electricity and water services to people living in remote Territory communities.
