Whether you're building a shed or a subdivision, the Indigenous Community Engineering Guidelines will help you do business with Power and Water's Remote Operations.

The Indigenous Community Engineering Guidelines set Power and Water's requirements for development activity in Indigenous communities. We encourage orderly, well designed and cost effective connections, augmentation and extension of Power and Water's service networks in Indigenous communities across the Northern Territory.

All work that impacts on Power and Water's service networks requires you to apply to Power and Water Remote Operations to connect to the service network or increase your system capacity.

This includes:

• New building/s on a new or existing lot
• Extensions to an existing building
• Building replacements (demolish and rebuild)
